Physical USB cards are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Within Australia, allow 3 to 7 business days. International orders typically take 7 to 14 business days depending on your country.

How do I receive my digital downloads?

Digital products including the Apotheosis digital album, ARK Access Pass eBooks, and Vegan Prince Warrior King PDF and Audiobook are delivered automatically to your email address immediately after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

What format are the digital files?

The digital album is delivered as high quality audio files compatible with all devices and music players. eBooks are delivered as PDF files. The audiobook is delivered as an MP3 audio file.

How does the personalised video message work?

After purchasing, add a note at checkout with the recipient's name, the occasion, and any details or personal touches you would like Krishool to include. Krishool will record your personalised video and deliver it to your email within 48 to 72 hours of purchase.

What occasions can I order a video message for?

Birthday at $30 AUD, Special Occasion at $40 AUD, Wedding Congratulations at $50 AUD, and Corporate or Motivational Shoutout at $75 AUD.

Can I request a specific song or message style?

Yes. Simply include your preferences in the notes at checkout and Krishool will do his best to accommodate your request.

How long does merch delivery take?

All merch items including t-shirts, tote bags, and sticker packs are printed on demand via Gelato and shipped directly to your door. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. International shipping times may vary.

What sizes are available for the t-shirt?

The Krishool T-Shirt is available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. All sizes are unisex fit.
